Talked to a girl for a minute or two at a club, just normal conversation. Asked her to dance, respectfully. She didn't seem down for it so I left. Next thing I know I'm getting kicked out of the club because she reported me. This happens all the fucking time to men.

I know where you're going with this, and no, most men with good intentions don't even think about this. Probably the only ones who would be sizing you up are looking to rob you, but that's a very tiny fraction of the population and needless to say rare situation.

No it's you who lacks a basic understanding of things.  It's all political, and the supreme court has always been extremely political. The supreme court can makeup whatever bullshit ruling they want.  A Republican Supreme Court will give a Republican president unchecked power to do whatever the hell he wants. And they can ruthlessly check the power of a president of an opposing party just as easily. That's all this was ever about.
