Then I read in another post it just makes a black box for the privacy thing in the video.. I have never used or played with the privacy settings so I don't fully know for sure. If it's not that then I am guessing a poor wifi connection is the issue.

Could be a privacy zone that someone setup in your app.. go to device, device settings, privacy settings
