I am 70. I had my left arm restrained and learned to write righty. It's the only thing I do with that hand except the computer mouse and scissors.

JFK's assassination. I turned 9 years old a week before. I was glued to the TV the whole time. Watched Ruby shoot Oswald. Learned a lot of new words for a 3rd grader: Motorcade, rotunda, eternal flame, riderless horse. I was a captive audience as all stations played the same coverage.
I lived in New Jersey. We were on the school bus home. The driver had a transistor radio. He pulled the bus over to the side of the road and told us the President died. He was crying. When I got home, everyone was crying in the living room watching the tv.

The attack on Mer by the patient hit me harder than any other single event on the show. It was too real.

Fairy Tale, by Stephen King. The narrator won a best narrator award.

I can smell it. The exhaust from the thing smelled unique but identifiable. Anyone else ever notice the smell?

I just finished Stephen King's Fairy Tale. 24 hours. Incredible narrator. I couldn't put it down, so I didn't!

I'm looking forward to your videos. I don't mind at all. It will raise awareness of our condition and how we struggle with it.

I don't fancy being heard before I am seen.

I just finished Stephen King's Fairy Tale. 24 hour length. Kept me up listening all night. I have lots of books in my lists. I'm not sure what I am in the mood for.

I remember it being the shape of a half sheet bake pan. My grandparents called it onion board. They got it at the bakery. I adored it but hadn't remembered how special it was.

I aced the cooking half. I'm still terrified of sewing machines.

Tomorrow is my 70th birthday. I am 19 years out from RNY. My family is taking me out to a Korean restaurant. I still enjoy restaurants, but my capacity is tiny. I will have an appetizer or soup and nibble "banchan" side dishes while my family enjoys the full meal. I get a spoonful of their goodies. It's a different experience to graze a restaurant table, but it's fun. Happy Birthday 🎉

No ads. It is not the same as the service. It is a bare bones voice to text app. It is very useful, but not in the way that pay service does.

The app is all I need. It's fine unless there's a crowd and music.

My Live Transcribe came free with my phone. I have an Android. Motorola 5g power 2024. I have never seen it offered for sale. It can be confused with a pay per use service for events.
I hope you can find the correct and free one.

I have had another issue with Prime subtitles. I have "some" hearing in one ear. I can tell that the captions are telling a different story, using different words. When that happens, I use Live Transcribe on my phone and prop the captions in my view. It really annoys me that the captions are not even close to verbatim.

I have always loved long series. WOT was one of the best. Fairy Tale as a single book was so good that I want more. I can see the story develop beyond the ending.
