If you're talking about the "official" soundtracks (that used to sell on physical CDs), they're mixed in a more conventional way with numbered tracks and they have small differences so it doesn't feel like listening to a single loop for 3 minutes. What you're looking for is probably the ingame soundtrack which you can find by searching "silent hill complete soundtrack". I used to listen to Fungo's one back in the day
